Prepare with context
The kitchen sees orders, collection times and dietary notes in one queue. Staff can cap orders per 15-minute collection slot, and full times are unavailable to guests.
Collect with confidence
Guests follow their order in the app and show their collection number when it is ready. The kitchen marks the meal collected.

Before the first order.
How do guests access their camp?
Reception provides the camp link or QR code and a private stay code. Guests use their name, room and code to sign in. Ordering is tied to their active stay and the camp’s included-meal allowance.
Does MealLink need an internet connection?
Yes. Guests and kitchens need an online connection. The kitchen view should stay open during service. Camps should maintain a manual fallback for connection interruptions.
How are dietary requirements handled?
Guests can record allergies, intolerances and preferences. These appear on kitchen tickets and require review. Guests should also speak directly with kitchen staff about suitable meals and cross-contact precautions.
Does the app take payments for meals?
MealLink handles orders for meals included in a guest’s stay. Guests place those orders without a checkout step.
